When purchasing on our website, you affirm that you are 18 years or older and are the owner or have authorization from the owner of the profile for which you are making the purchase.


3. Warranties and Limitations: The account that will receive the request must be in public mode, and it is not possible to send any of the site's services to profiles in private mode.

It is the customer's responsibility to check whether the profile or post is in public mode before placing the order. If an order is placed with a profile or posted in private mode, it will be considered completed, will be deducted from the customer's balance and refunds, cancellations or refunds will not be possible.

To deliver the service, it is essential that the user keeps their profile "open" (public mode), otherwise the order will be cancelled.

If the social network for which you purchased the service carries out an update, there may be a drop in the services purchased and the user may lose followers, likes, views and/or any other service purchased.

In the event of an outage after receiving the order, the user can request a free replacement through the “Order History”, and if this is not possible, within a period of up to 30 days, 100% of the amount spent on purchasing the service will be refunded. .

It is only possible to request a replacement within the service replacement deadline. Each service has a different deadline.

Services described in the title with "SR" are not entitled to any replacement regardless of the amount of the drop or when it occurs.


When a service is contracted, we guarantee "SHIPPING OF THE PURCHASED QUANTITY", but we do not guarantee its permanence, much less "eternal permanence". Because, in any service, drops after delivery can happen due to several factors beyond our control, including updates on social networks or even followers who stop following because they are real people and may not be interested in the content of your profile.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION This Agreement and the relationship between you and Panel AM Social will be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, regardless of its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of federal and state courts located in Brazil, and to waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient objections to such courts.

Panel AM Social is in no way responsible for any account suspension or image deletion made by any social network. If this happens, you should double-check the social media Terms of Service to understand where you are falling short. Do not hold the platform and tools available here responsible in any way. Our services do not carry this type of penalty.


If the status of orders placed on private accounts is "complete", no refunds will be made.


If the status of incorrectly shipped orders is "completed", no refunds will be made.


Replacements: In the event of an outage after receiving the order, the user may request a free replacement and if this is not possible, 100% of the amount paid when purchasing the service will be refunded to the registered account.

It is only possible to request a replacement within the service replacement deadline. Each service has a different deadline stated in the description.

Services described in the title with "SR" are not entitled to any replacement regardless of the amount of the drop or when it occurs.

Replacements will not be made if the "username" or "link" is changed after the service has been completed.

The current quantity of the order placed must be less than the purchase quantity. Example: Initial quantity 1500 + 1000 contracted quantity. Total = 2,500, So, in this case, to request a replacement, the order must have a quantity below 2,500.

We will not replace based on any other data. By purchasing you will be affirming that you agree to these Terms.

Orders placed on our website are guaranteed confidential. This guarantee is not applied in the event of opening a complaint on websites for this purpose. In these cases, we may make some purchase information public, including link, service, quantity, before and after print of the profile.

This is necessary to prove the provision of the service or resolve doubts, both from the customer and from other people who may read the open complaint.
